Since establishing the Essential Care brand as a trademark and mail order company in 2003, we have been on a mission to make the purest skincare on earth.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Please note - all parcels are despatched from the UK, so allow extra time for shipping.


Orders over USD $60: free of charge.

Orders under USD $60: USD $5.95 shipping fee.


Please note that General Customer Service will be closed on UK public holidays.

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. During busy periods this may take a bit longer. All parcel are despatched with Royal Mail. Larger parcels may require a signature on delivery. 

 

IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL

You do have the Right to cancel your order. This right starts when you place your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel, please email info@essential-care.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number and we will refund your order in full.

If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do this as soon as possible. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened, in a saleable condition. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. We recommend that returns are sent by ‘registered delivery' and the original proof of posting is kept. We will refund your order in full as soon as goods are received in a saleable condition.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS 

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective or not fit for purpose, please email info@essential-care.co.uk as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days. Within the 30 day period, the goods should be sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, including the cost of standard delivery postage to you.
